Meet with Us

Meet with us to discuss your ideas, location, and timeframe for your project.

Meet with Architect

Meet with an architect to discuss the design of your new home and what it will cost and how long it will take to draw your plans.

Meet with Us Again

After your plans are completed, meet with us for the initial product selections so that we can start the budgeting process. Depending on the market, it’s important to know that the cost of labor and materials, as well as availability, may be affected and could fluctuate before the project starts. This is to be expected but we will do our best to mitigate any issues that arise.

Contract

Once we agree on the costs to build your custom home, a contract will be drawn up between you and SWC.

Financing

If you have not already done so, you will need to obtain financing for your project.

Permits

Obtain the necessary permits with the help of your architect or general contractor.

Begin Project

Let’s begin your project! Building a custom home is a lengthy process and it could take at least a year to fully complete.

My Promise To You:

I will personally oversee the construction of your new custom home from start to finish, including managing all subcontractors. We all take great pride in producing a quality product for you and feel just as accomplished as you will when it’s all completed. Our employees will handle all of the framing and typically the finish work which includes hanging the doors, installation of the millwork and cabinets, and any possible custom work you want to add.
